Students will examine the impact of mythologies upon gender roles and how literature/art is reflective of those roles.

 

II.The Nature of Power

Students will examine the impact of power upon the individual in literature and form modern connections.

 

III.The Nature of Humanity

Students will examine human rights issues as reflected and literature and current events.

 

IV.War and Culture

Students will examine how the impact of war upon society is reflected in literature and art.

 

V.Perception and Reality

Students will examine how individual perception impacts how one views the world.
